Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unbreakablemen.com and its programs, resources, community features, messages and app (together, the "Services"), operated by Unbreakable Men ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use them.

Our programs, community groups, resources, assessments and site guide are educational and peer-support tools only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional, and they are not monitored around the clock. Nothing on the site creates a therapist–patient or professional–client relationship. Always seek qualified help for health concerns.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Services for your own personal development. You agree not to: misuse, scrape, copy or disrupt the Services; try to access accounts or data that are not yours; submit anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights; or impersonate anyone.

In any community group, event or meetup, treat other members with respect and keep what they share confidential. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or endanger anyone, and never share another member's personal information. Meetups organized by members are attended at your own risk. We may remove access for conduct that breaks these Terms.

You keep ownership of the stories, messages and other content you send us. If you tick the box giving permission to share your story, you grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to edit it (including removing identifying details) and publish it on our site and materials with your first name only. We decide whether to publish any story, and we never publish stories that contain crisis language. You can ask us to remove a published story at any time by emailing us. Please do not include other people's names or private details in what you submit.

If you give us your email address or phone number and opt in, you agree to receive the messages you signed up for, such as replies to your questions and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help; use the unsubscribe link in any email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using the Services.

All site content — including the Unbreakable Men name, logo, programs, worksheets, videos and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may print or save worksheets for your own personal use, but you may not copy, sell or redistribute our content without written permission.

The Services may link to crisis lines, partner organizations and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Crisis numbers are provided for convenience; always confirm with local emergency services if unsure.

Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbreakable Men and its operators, volunteers and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Services, reliance on any information, or any meetup or interaction with other members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

You agree to hold harmless Unbreakable Men and its operators from claims arising out of content you submit or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or end access to the Services for anyone who breaks these Terms, and we may change or discontinue any part of the Services. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
